DIPLOMA IN GRAPHIC DESIGN

The Graphic Design Diploma Program at CCMACT College allows students an opportunity to explore their creative and visual communication skills in a digital world. Students will gain a thorough understanding of fundamental graphic design principles, and how to design digitally using Adobe Creative Suite (including PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator and more) to create their own portfolios to present to potential employers. Students finish off with a 4-week practicum placement at the end of the course to add work experience to their resume.

The Diploma in Graphic Design is a qualification that is recognized worldwide & can therefore be used to access other specialized &/or related Diploma or Degree programmes such as Diploma in Advertising or Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.

Junior Certificate or equivalent. Minimum of a pass in English.

Industrial Attachment is a compulsory component of CCMACT’s programme of study. Learners will accordingly be seconded to various businesses & organizations during Year 2, Semester 2, for a duration 2 to 4 months.
